Yoga and Pilates classes are held at Shine With Tabitha Yoga in Belper, Derbyshire,  in a beautiful space that is superb for contemplation energy.  A safe place where people can practice

a little self-discovery work while still feeling part of a community.

My team of fully trained, certified teachers and I bring you a wide range of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Mother and Baby Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga with Men In Mind, Stretch and Relax classes, and Meditation classes.

In addition to our full range of yoga classes, we also teach Beginners Pilates, Intermediate Pilates, Pilates / Yoga fusion, Functional Pilates, and Women's Circles. There really is something for everyone at Shine with Tabitha Yoga in Belper Derbyshire.

As the studio is fairly small and cosy, class numbers are limited, so if you want to come to any of our classes, you will first need to book your place, in the classes of your choice, using the booking schedule below.
