MOTHER AND BABY YOGA

Gentle yoga techniques focus on re-balancing, re-charging, stretching, and strengthening.  These wonderful mother and baby yoga classes are suitable for mothers following a postnatal GP check and are suitable for all abilities and experience levels.

Babies are welcome from birth until they are toddling around and with the use of songs and baby massage elements, there is plenty to make them all feel involved.

Each class is led by Emily our postnatal doula, who understands that life can be hectic with a brand-new human on board. She gets it! Emily creates a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is made to feel at home. As babies can have a tendency to be unpredictable, anything goes and everyone is fine with it all. Emily leads the mother and baby yoga sessions in a responsive way, adapting each class to what the mums and babes seem to need at any given moment.

With post-class refreshments and nibbles, and the opportunity to stay and chat, there is a real emphasis on community support and connection.
