Before attending Pilates teacher training at Shine, we advise you to attend some Pilates classes with different instructors to get as much experience as you can. It will also help you to do your research to become familiar with the Pilates repertoire. The more prepared you are the more you will get out of the course.

There will also be homework and preparation before the course begins and this will be done through an e-learning portal. The assessment for your course will consist of:

Coursework/Projects.
A Multiple Choice Examination for Anatomy and Physiology (online).
