“I started at the yoga classes but have now switched to Pilates on Tuesdays. I wake up on that morning with aches and pains and not really feeling like going, but I do and the wonderful Tabitha inspires you to try to be a fitter healthier person. The group is lovely and we have a lot of laughs. I leave the class feeling like I’ve achieved something and happy to face the rest of the week . Thank you, Tabitha
